Cancelling yearly Plus
The EUR 24.99 web yearly Plus renews automatically each year until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal through the Stripe customer portal opened from the app. Access remains until the end of the period already paid. The 5- and 15-credit packages are one-off purchases with no renewal.
App-store purchases are not available yet. Before they launch, their subscription-management instructions will be added. Removing the app or deleting an account does not itself stop subscription charges.
Web refunds
For 14 days after concluding a Stripe credit or yearly Plus contract, you can request a full refund, regardless of whether you started using it. This is our additional commitment and does not reduce mandatory rights. We do not ask for a general waiver of withdrawal rights to activate AI access.
Email support with your account email and transaction ID or purchase date, clearly stating the termination and refund request. Do not send a full card number or security code. Alternatively, in Settings choose Withdraw from contract, select the purchase, review your notice and separately confirm submission. We acknowledge the notice by email. Submitting it does not immediately execute the bank refund.
We arrange the amount due within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you agree to another. Bank processing can take additional time. Further usage rights for the refunded purchase end. For yearly Plus we also end the subscription to stop future charges. Under this commitment, we do not deduct a charge for earlier usage or require replacement of consumed credits.
We also investigate service-conformity and other statutory claims raised later. Ordinary cancellation of the next renewal alone is not a refund request. Applicable Hungarian withdrawal rules.
